Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Just It (justit.in). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”) and Just It. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. General Terms
1.1 Just It reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue products, pricing, and website content on justit.in at any time without prior notice.
1.2 While we strive to ensure accuracy, errors such as typographical mistakes, pricing inaccuracies, or misinterpretations may occur. Just It reserves the right to correct such errors whenever identified.
1.3 Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary in appearance.
2. Products & Pricing
2.1 All prices listed on justit.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Product prices are subject to change without notice. Just It does not offer price protection on any product.
2.3 Certain products may have minimum or maximum order quantity restrictions, which must be followed while placing orders.
2.4 All products are subject to availability. Just It does not guarantee continuous stock availability for any product.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation in favor of Just It.
3.2 Orders placed after 4:00 PM on working days may be processed on the next business day.
3.3 All prices are quoted ex-warehouse. Shipping and freight charges are calculated at checkout based on shipment method, distance, package weight, and dimensions.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
4.2 Just It partners with reliable courier and transport service providers that offer shipment tracking.
4.3 Shipments sent through transport services are dispatched on a To Pay basis, with payment to be made at the time of delivery.
4.4 For delivery-related concerns, customers are advised to contact the courier service directly using the provided tracking information before reaching out to Just It.
5. Warranty, Returns & Refunds
5.1 All products sold by Just It carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms and conditions are governed by the respective manufacturer.
5.2 Warranty claims must be raised directly with the manufacturer or their authorized service centers.
5.3 Products found Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported and returned within 7 days from the billing date.
5.4 Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of billing. Returned products must be unused, properly packed, and free from damage or mishandling.
5.5 Products ordered on a back-to-back or special order basis are not eligible for return or cancellation.
5.6 Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, refund requests are not accepted.
6. Product Compatibility
6.1 Just It does not guarantee product compatibility for any specific purpose. Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications and compatibility before making a purchase.
7. Legal & Liability
7.1 All sales made on justit.in are final. Just It shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product.
7.2 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
